     81-22-415. Pasteurization labeling. It is unlawful for a person to sell, offer for sale, exchange, or to have in his possession for these purposes milk, cream, or a manufactured dairy product in a container or package marked, labeled, or in any way designating the contents of the container or package as "pasteurized", unless it has been treated by an approved process of pasteurization as required by the department.
