HOUSE BILL NO. 335

A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS TO THE GREAT FALLS COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION TRADES PORTION OF THE COLLEGE BUILDING PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $3 million from the state general fund to the Great Falls college of technology to complete the construction trades portion of the building project authorized by Chapter 499, Laws of 2005. The appropriation authorized in this section constitutes legislative consent for the capital project contained in this section within the meaning of 18-2-102.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2007.
