A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TRANSFERS OF FUNDS FROM THE STATE GENERAL FUND TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING REVOLVING LOAN ACCOUNT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Fund transfers. The amount of $5 million is transferred from the state general fund to the affordable housing revolving loan account, provided for in 90-6-133, on July 1, 2007, and on July 1, 2008.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2007.
