32-10-402. Violation of specified federal law. A violation of any provision of the federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act of 1974, 12 U.S.C. 2601, et seq., the federal Truth in Lending Act, 15 U.S.C. 1601, et seq., or any regulations promulgated under those acts is also a violation of this chapter.
