32-10-513. Penalties. (1) A person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted or order issued pursuant to this chapter is subject to a fine for each violation not to exceed $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.
     (2) All fines collected under this section must be deposited in the general fund.
