     32-10-515. Disciplinary action against licensee by other agencies. (1) A disciplinary action taken against a licensee by another agency of this state, another state, or the federal government for any action substantially related to an activity regulated under this chapter may be grounds for disciplinary action by the department. A certified copy of the record of the disciplinary action taken against the licensee must be treated as evidence of the events related in the record.
     (2) A disciplinary action taken against the licensee by another agency does not preclude the department from applying a specific statutory provision in this chapter that provides for discipline against a licensee.
