35-8-1004. (Temporary) Registered office and registered agent of foreign limited liability company. Each foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state shall continuously maintain in this state:
     (1) a registered office that may be the same as any of its places of business; and
     (2) a registered agent who may be:
     (a) an individual who resides in this state and whose business office is identical with the registered office; or
     (b) a domestic corporation, a limited liability company, or a foreign corporation or foreign limited liability company authorized to transact business in this state. (Repealed effective October 1, 2008--secs. 68, 70, Ch. 240, L. 2007.)
