     50-73-406. Minimum inspection intervals. The department shall carefully examine all the coal mines in operation in this state at least every 3 months and more often if necessary to see that every precaution is taken to insure the safety of all workers that may be engaged in the coal mine. The department shall make a record of the visit, noting the time and the material circumstances of the inspection.
