     7-13-218. Role of county attorney. The county attorney is the legal adviser of the solid waste management districts and boards within the county and shall prosecute and defend all suits to which the districts may be a party. A district or board may employ special legal counsel to defend any suits if a conflict of interest would prohibit the defense by the county attorney.
