82-2-105. Relocation of abandoned claim. The relocator of an abandoned or forfeited mining claim may adopt as his discovery any shaft or other working existing upon such claim at the date of the relocation in which the vein, lode, or deposit is disclosed, but in such shaft or other working, he shall perform the same discovery work as is required in the case of an original location.
