35-12-1203. Winding up. Unless otherwise provided in the partnership agreement, the general partners who have not wrongfully dissolved the limited partnership or, if none, the limited partners may wind up the limited partnership's affairs. However, any partner, a partner's legal representative, or a partner's assignee, upon cause shown, may obtain winding up by the district court.
