87-3-117. Definitions of lawfully killed, captured, or taken and unlawfully killed, captured, or taken. As used in 87-3-111, 87-3-118, and this section, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Lawfully killed, captured, or taken" means killed, captured, or taken in conformance with this title, the regulations adopted by the commission, and the rules adopted by the department under authority of this title.
     (2) "Unlawfully killed, captured, or taken" means not lawfully killed, captured, or taken.
