72-35-312. Appeal. An appeal may be taken from the grant or denial of any final order made under this chapter, except the following:
     (1) compelling the trustee to submit an account or report acts as trustee to a beneficiary pursuant to 72-35-301(2)(g);
     (2) accepting the resignation of a trustee pursuant to 72-35-301(2)(k); or
     (3) approving removal of a testamentary trust from continuing court jurisdiction pursuant to 72-35-301(2)(r).
