33-20-1602. (Effective January 1, 2014) Purpose. The purposes of this part are to require recognition of the escheat or unclaimed property statutes of Montana and to require complete and proper disclosure, transparency, and accountability relating to any method of payment for life insurance death benefits regulated by the commissioner.
