53-1-215. (Temporary) Corrections operations account -- statutory appropriation. (1) There is a corrections operations account in the state special revenue fund. The account consists of money deposited into the account pursuant to section 1(2)(a), Chapter 413, Laws of 2013.
     (2) Funds in the account are statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, to the department of corrections for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, for the purpose of funding various operations costs of the department. (Terminates June 30, 2015--sec. 10, Ch. 413, L. 2013.)
