80-11-416. Records required. Each first purchaser of mint oil shall maintain accurate records of all mint oil handled, packed, shipped, or processed by the purchaser. The records must be in the form and contain the information the committee may by rule prescribe. The records must be preserved for 2 years and are subject to inspection at any time upon request of the committee or its agents.
