33-32-216. (Effective January 1, 2016) Confidentiality. A health insurance issuer and its designee shall comply with all applicable state and federal laws establishing confidentiality and reporting requirements with regard to its utilization review program, including the provisions of Title 33, chapter 19, and 45 CFR, parts 160 and 164.
