53-21-1109. (Temporary) Unauthorized disclosure -- civil penalty. A person aggrieved by the use of information obtained pursuant to 53-21-1108 for a purpose not authorized by 53-21-1105 through 53-21-1110 may bring a civil action for damages, costs, and fees as provided in 50-16-553 or 50-16-817.
