Challenges To Jurors And The Jury

25-7-221. Challenges to jurors and the jury. (1) Each party may challenge the jury or jurors as follows:

(a) the panel or array;

(b) for cause;

(c) peremptory.

(2) Challenges to individual jurors are for cause or peremptory.
