Clerk, Sheriff, Or Coroner May Not Practice Law

37-61-203. Clerk, sheriff, or coroner may not practice law. The clerk, deputy clerk, sheriff, undersheriff, deputy sheriff, or coroner may not, during the continuance in office, practice as attorney in any court.
