Child-Care Assistance

53-4-611. Child-care assistance. The department may provide child-care assistance to all families receiving financial assistance if child care is necessary to allow the parent to engage in paid employment and if funding is available. Child-care assistance may be provided to families receiving financial assistance if child care is necessary to allow either or both parents to engage in the activities required by a family investment agreement under 53-4-606 and if funding is available.
