Employment And Training Program Established

53-4-703. Employment and training program established. The department shall establish and administer an intensive employment and training program in accordance with the requirements of section 103 of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996, 42 U.S.C. 607.
