Explanation - This amendment reduces 7.11 FTE and the associated personal services funding in the State Auditor's Office.

This includes:

- The personal services reduction of $41,732 state special revenue in FY 2020 and $41,644 state special revenue in FY 2021 and the reduction of 1.00 FTE in the Central Management Division

- The personal services reduction of $439,561 state special revenue in FY 2020 and $438,477 state special revenue in FY 2021 and the reduction of 5.50 FTE in the Insurance Division

- The personal services reduction of $35,986 state special revenue in FY 2020 and $35,918 state special revenue in FY 2021 and the reduction of 0.61 FTE in the Securities Division
