Explanation - This amendment eliminates the restricted, one-time-only, biennial appropriations of state special revenue for retirement payouts in the State Auditor’s Office.

This includes the reduction of:

- $20,000 in the Central Management Division in FY 2020

- $190,000 in the Insurance Division in FY 2020

- $65,000 in the Securities Division in FY 2020
