Explanation - This amendment restores the reductions to the statewide present law adjustment for personal services in the National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program of the Department of Military Affairs.

This includes the restoration of:

- General fund of $11,906 in FY 2020 and $11,906 in FY 2021

- Federal special revenue of $35,722 in FY 2020 and $35,722 in FY 2021
