Explanation - This amendment restores the reduction in the Mental Disabilities Board of Visitors and Mental Health Ombudsman's Office in the Governor's Office. This restores general fund of $81,275 in FY 2020 and $81,335 in FY 2021 and the associated 1.00 FTE.
