Explanation - This amendment adjusts general fund amounts needed to fund the state portion of the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) in the 2021 biennium and adjusts general fund and state special revenue fund amounts needed to compensate for the anticipated shortfall in the Tobacco Medicaid and Health Initiatives Fund in the 2021 biennium. This amendment does not change total general fund expenditures.
