Explanation - $1.9 million general fund for the biennium to fund Special education inflation at base aid inflation factors of 0.91% and 1.83% in fiscal years 2020 and 2021. This includes an increase to the special education appropriation of $393,957 and $1,193,409 to special education, and GTB increases of $66,123 and $206,730 respectively.
