Explanation - This amendment increases the general fund appropriation at Developmental Services Division within DPHHS by $100,000 in FY 2020 & FY 2021. Funding is intended to increase the appropriation for Room and Board reimbursement for youth with Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) at Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facilities.
