Following: "2021." on line 34

Insert: "Legislative intent is that these funds be used to enhance services offered under the Big Sky Waiver. These funds are intended to increase Medicaid provider rates for the Big Sky Waiver with the understanding that the department may retain implementation flexibility in order to maximize the impact of these funds. Legislative intent is that this amount be considered a part of the budgetary base for the Big Sky Waiver."
