Explanation - This amendment would add 1.00 FTE and associated personal services funding to the Commissioner of Political Practices. The position will be used to review and process ballot collection forms related to the Montana Ballot Interference Prevention Act, which was passed in Legislative Referendum 129 in November of 2018.

This amendment includes the addition of:

- $56,738 general fund for personal services in FY 2020

- $56,608 general fund for personal services in FY 2021

- 1.00 associated FTE
