A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: “AN ACT ELIMINATING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ENDING FUND BALANCE LIMITS; REPEALING SECTION 20-9-323, MCA; and PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.”

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:

20-9-323.          Ending fund balance limits.

NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
