A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT PROVIDING AN APPROPRIATION to the made-in-montana program in the department of commerce; and PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $200,000 from the general fund to the department of commerce for the biennium beginning July 1, 2021, in order to support the made-in-Montana and grown-in-Montana products pursuant to 30-17-101 and 90-1-105.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2021.
