A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT providing for transfers and BUDGETARY matters; and PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

NEW SECTION. Section 1. Transfer of funds. By August 15, 2021, the state treasurer shall transfer $50,000 from the coal bed methane protection account provided for in 76-15-904 to the conservation district account provided for in 76-15-106.

NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 2021.
