2. Page A-5, line 5:

Insert: "In FY 2023, the Director’s Office is appropriated $87,310 in general fund personal services for every 10 additional licensed providers in the recreational marijuana program."

Explanation - This amendment adds 12.00 FTE to the $1,033,922 personal services funding in each fiscal year for DP 19001, recreational marijuana implementation in the Department of Revenue Director's Office.

This amendment adds language that 1.00 modified FTE will be added for every 10 licensed providers in the recreational marijuana program in FY 2023.
