Explanation - This amendment increases the appropriation for the Intensive Behavior Center (IBC) within the Developmental Services Division at the Department of Public Health and Human Services.

The increase is $2.0 million, all general fund, during each year of the FY 2023 biennium.

The increase includes $1,647,870 in personal services and $352,130 in operating expenses during each year of the FY 2023 biennium.
