Explanation - This amendment restricts $200,000 of general fund appropriated for CSKT Montana Compact Implementation to implement the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA)(75-1-102, MCA), National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA)(42 U.S.C. §§ 4321 et seq.), and the protection and administration of state-based water rights.
