Explanation - The amendment increases general fund by $114,518 in FY 2022 with a $2,799 increase in operating expenses and a $111,719 in personal services for 1.00 FTE for a Program Manager in the Board of Pardons and Parole in the Department of Corrections. The FY 2023 general fund increase is $111,805, which is an increase in personal services in the Board of Pardons and Parole.
