Explanation - This amendment increases state special revenue in the Public Service Commission by $165,000 in FY 2022 and $255,680 in FY 2023 as one-time-only. This amendment includes an increase in state special revenue of $251,701 in FY 2022 and $251,701 in FY 2023 as one-time-only for initial costs related to the software modernization system in the Public Service Commission. This amendment also includes language that allows the Public Service Commission to spend up to $500,000 each year of the biennium if funding is available from the Public Service Commission state special revenue fund.
