Explanation - This amendment would reduce the restricted, biennial K-12 BASE Aid line item in the Office of Public Instruction Local Education Activities Program by $660,864 general fund local assistance in FY 2023 only (equivalent to the reduction of 200 current-year ANB in FY 2023).
