Explanation - This amendment increases personal services appropriations at six divisions (Human and Community Services, Public Health and Safety, Developmental Services, Operations Services, Senior and Long-Term Care, and Addictive and Mental Disorders Divisions) by a total of $2.5 million over the 2023 biennium.
