Explanation - This amendment eliminates restricted, one-time-only general fund appropriations of $60,000 each fiscal year in the Montana State Library. This reduction is to the funding for the National Federation of the Blind Newsline. It is proposed that this program will receive funding in HB 632 from the federal funds included in the American Rescue Plan Act.
