Explanation - This amendment increases general fund in the Legislative Branch for the Legislative Fiscal Division to provide for the fiscal impacts of HB 497. The amendment increases general fund by $118,577 in FY 2022 and $72,764 in FY 2023, including personal services by $84,470 for 0.50 FTE and related personal services funding, secretarial time additional meetings, and legislator salaries. The amendment also provides for $34,107 in operating expenses in FY 2022 and $14,617 in FY 2023.
