Explanation - This amendment adds funding for a Medicaid provider rate increase in the Developmental Services, Senior and Long-Term Care, and Addictive and Mental Disorders Divisions. This appropriation is restricted. Hospitals and physicians are exempted from this provider rate increase. Total biennial funding is $7.5 million general fund and $13.9 million federal special revenue funds.
