Explanation - This amendment appropriates $50,000 in each year of the biennium from the Environmental Contingency state special revenue account as a grant to the Yellowstone Conservation District. The conservation district will administer the funds to eradicate invasive clams in Lake Elmo. The appropriation is restricted and one-time-only.
