Explanation - This amendment removes $3.0 million of state special revenue appropriation from the base within the Department of Environmental Quality Waste Management and Remediation Division and replaces it with state special revenue appropriation of $750,000 in each year of the biennium. This appropriation is restricted and one-time-only.
