Explanation - This amendment increases provider rates for nonprofit community corrections in general fund by $762,746 in FY 2022 and $1,346,044 in FY 2023 and in state special revenue by $999 in FY 2022 and $1,764 in FY 2023 for personal services, operating expenses, transfers, and debt service in the Probation and Parole Division of the Department of Corrections.
