Explanation - This amendment increases general fund by $233,138 in FY 2023 for personal services, operating, and equipment and intangible assets for 4.00 FTE in District Court Operations in the Judicial Branch for a judge and associated staff in the 11th Judicial District. The appropriation is contingent on the establishment of a treatment court in the 11th Judicial District by no later than January 1, 2023.
