Explanation - This amendment increases general fund by $354,901 in FY 2023 in personal services and operating expenses for 5.25 FTE in the Supreme Court Operations in the Judicial Branch for funding for drug treatment courts. Funding for drug treatment courts is contingent on the implementation of the Corrections Institute of Cincinnati evidence-based evaluation protocols and the elimination of peer-reviewed evaluations.
