Explanation - This amendment would add a restricted, one-time-only appropriation of $2,235,578 general fund benefits and claims in FY 2022 only to the Office of Public Instruction Local Education Activities Program. This amendment would also add $8,942,230 in FY 2022 and $10,958,252 in FY 2023 of state special revenue benefits and claims. This appropriation is to be used as state match for federal funds for Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT).
